يستقبل أجواء الأفراح والأعراس يؤمه السياح للترفيه والاستجمام ومن يدخله لا يخرج مثلما كان هذا ما يقوله المثل العامي عن هذا المكان: دخول الحمام مش متل طلوعو.

إنها الحمامات الشعبية أو ما يعرف بحمام السوق التي تعتبر من إحدى المعالم التاريخية والسياحية الهامة التي تميزت بها سوريا عبر العصور حيث يعود تاريخ إنشائها إلى بداية العهد الأموي.

مثلت هذه الحمامات منذ ظهورها والى يومنا هذا مقصداً شعبياً له مزاياه الخاصة وطقوسه الاحتفالية يجد فيه قاصده ملاذاً للتخلص من متاعبه الجسدية وضغوطاته النفسية ومكاناً للاغتسال والاستجمام ونادياً اجتماعياً مصغراً يلتقي فيه الأحبة لتجاذب أطراف الحديث والترفيه عن الذات وما يؤكد نجاحها هو استمرار وجودها وحفاظها على مظهرها وتصاميمها الشرقية الأصيلة رغم ظهور الحمامات المنزلية والبخارية العصرية "الساونا".

وقال أمجد الرز مدير مدينة دمشق القديمة إن الحمامات الدمشقية تعتبر من أشهر الحمامات في الشرق كله وأنك لتجد فيها روائع الفن الإسلامي بطراز عمارتها وزخارفها ونقوشها حيث أبدع المعماريون في بناء هذه الحمامات فرصعوا جدرانها بالقاشاني وفرشوا أرضها بالرخام وعقدوا على أطراف قبابها عقود الجص النافرة كما أقاموا نظاماً هندسياً بارعاً لتزويدها بالمياه الساخنة.

وأشار الرز إلى أن عدد الحمامات في مدينة دمشق هي 65 حماماً يعمل منها 12 حماماً فقط مضيفاً بأن مديرية مدينة دمشق القديمة تقوم بتسهيل إجراءات الترميم والترخيص للحفاظ على هذه المهنة مؤكداً بأنه يتم حالياً ترميم وإعادة تأهيل حمام الناصري الذي توقف عن العمل منذ الأربعينيات وسيعاد افتتاحه هذا العام بهدف المحافظة على هذا الإرث الأصيل.

من جهته قال محمد كنعان مالك حمام البكري والذي يعود تاريخ بنائه إلى أكثر من أربعمئة عام إن سبب بقاء هذه الحمامات إلى يومنا هذا هو حفاظها على نمطها العمراني الأصيل وأجوائها وطقوسها الحميمة مشيراً في الوقت نفسه إلى أن السبب في تراجع عدد الحمامات اليوم يعود إلى تطور الحالة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لدى الناس واستغنائهم عن الحمامات الشعبية.

وقال كنعان ان معظم الأسر الكبيرة في الماضي كانت تقطن في منزل واحد حيث الأبناء والزوجات والأحفاد، الأمر الذي جعل من الصعوبة استخدام الجميع لحمام واحد فكان حمام السوق يفي بالغرض للرجال والنساء على حد سواء.

أما اليوم فقد أصبحت الأسر أصغر حجماً والأبناء باتوا يفضلون العيش في بيوت مستقلة وبالتالي لم يعد حمام السوق يشكل بالنسبة للغالبية العظمى من سكان المدينة سوى ذكريات جميلة.

وأشار كنعان إلى أن أغلب الحمامات الشعبية ما زالت تحتفظ بنمطها العمراني القديم من حيث الحجرات والأقسام التي تختلف فيها درجة الحرارة بحسب دورها الوظيفي، مشيراً إلى أن أصل تقسيم الحمام إلى أربع حجرات وفصلها عن بعضها البعض هي مقاربتها لفصول السنة وما يلاقيه جسد الإنسان من برد وحرارة واعتدال فيها.

وأضاف كنعان بأن الحمام الدمشقي يتألف من أربعة أقسام هي البارد أو "البراني" وهو القسم الخارجي من الحمام وفيه يقوم الزبائن بخلع ملابسهم عند الدخول وارتدائها عند الخروج ويتكون هذا القسم من باحة تتوسطها بركة ماء يحيط بها مساطب مفروشة بالأرائك والمساند يستريح عليها المستحمون بعد انتهائهم من الاستحمام وهذا القسم مسقوف بقبة عالية محاطة بالنوافذ الزجاجية.

ثم يلي ذلك القسم قسم الفاتر "الوسطاني" والذي يعتبر مرحلة انتقالية معتدل الحرارة حتى لا يصطدم جسم المستحمّ مباشرة بالساخن وهو مسقوف بقباب تحتوي على فتحات زجاجية ينفذ من خلالها ضوء الشمس إلى الداخل حيث المساطب التي يستريح عليها المستحمون خلال فترات الاستحمام الداخلي "الجواني" وهو الجزء الأهم.

وهنا تتم عملية الاستحمام والتعرق وعمليات التدليك وهذا القسم ذو حرارة مرتفعة مقارنة بالأقسام الأخرى من الحمام يتكون من إيوانين متقابلين يتوضعان على طرفي "بيت النار" وضمن كل إيوان يوجد "جرن" أو أكثر يحتوي على ماء ساخن ينساب من بيت النار عبر شبكة تجري تحت أرض الحمام، كما يتفرع عن كل من الإيوانين غرف تحتوي كل منها على جرن خاص بها وهذا القسم أيضاً مسقوف بقبة ذات فتحات زجاجية.

أما القسم الأخير او "القميم" فهو جناح خارجي ملحق بالحمام كان يتم فيه تسخين الماء من قبل عامل يسمى "القميمي" عن طريق حرق القمامة المجففة وروث الحيوانات ونشارة الخشب.

ونوه كنعان إلى أنه تم الاستغناء عن القسم الأخير بعد الاعتماد على أساليب حديثة في تسخين الماء.

بدوره أوضح أبو هيثم المعلم في حمام الشيخ رسلان بأن الحمامات ما زالت تحتفظ بالكثير من طقوسها المتوارثة والتي كانت تقام في الماضي داخل الحمامات مثل حمام العرس حيث يستحم العريس مع ثلة من أصدقائه وسط أجواء الفرح والغناء قبل يوم زفافه.

وحمام "الغمرة" تقيمه أم العريس لصديقاتها ومعارفها وحمام "الفسخ النفاس" وحمام الولادة لمن ولدت مؤخراً وحمام "الأربعين" حيث تحمم المرأة المنجبة بعد ولادتها بأربعين يوماً وسط الاحتفال بالمولود الجديد.

وقال أبو هيثم إن الكثير من زبائن اليوم هم من السياح الراغبين في الاستجمام والتمتع بأجواء الحمامات الدمشقية مشيراً إلى أن بعض المرضى الذين يعانون من آلام الظهر والنقرس وحالات الشد العضلي يرتادون الحمام للاستفادة من غرف البخار والمساج.

وأضاف أبو هيثم بأنه في الماضي كان لكل حي حمامه الخاص به حيث يجتمع فيه رجال الحي ليتحدثوا في شؤون الحي أما بالنسبة للنساء فكان حمام السوق المكان الأفضل لقضاء الأوقات والاستجمام والبحث بين الفتيات المرتادات للحمام عن الزوجة المناسبة لأولادهم.

من جهته، قال موفق حمامي صاحب حمام نور الدين الشهيد بأن تاريخ تأسيس حمامه يعود إلى عام 1180 وهو يشكل أرث أجداده بالإضافة إلى كونه أحد المعالم السياحية الهامة لبلده.

وأكد حمامي الذي بدا محباً لمهنته بأن الكثيرين من مالكي الحمامات الشعبية قاموا بتغير مهنتهم بحجة الدافع المادي إلا أنه يأبى فعل ذلك حفاظاً على مهنة الأجداد مضيفاً بأنه بصدد افتتاح حمام ثان خاص بالنساء.

وأشار حمامي إلى أنه قام بترميم الحمام في عام 1980 بإشراف مديرية الآثار والمتاحف رغبة منه في المحافظة على شكله ونمطه القديم ودعم أساساته.

من جانبه، قال محمد الياسري وهو أحد الزبائن أنه اعتاد المجيء إلى الحمام مع أصدقائه لما يحس به من راحة وطمأنينة بعد الاستحمام وسط البخار.

يشار إلى أن الكثيرين من الرحالة والمؤرخين كتبوا عن الحمامات الدمشقية كابن بطوطة في كتابه "تحفة النظار في غرائب الأمصار وعجائب الأسفار" وابن عساكر الذي أورد في كتابه الشهير "تاريخ دمشق" أسماء سبعة وخمسين حماماً يعمل في زمنه ضمن مدينة دمشق.

كما ذكر المؤرخ ابن شداد أسماء 114 حماماً موجوداً في دمشق سنة 1250، أما ابن جبير فيذكر أنه كان بدمشق ما يقارب المائة حمام عند زيارته لها سنة 1185 وبقيت أعداد هذه الحمامات تتراوح بين زيادة ونقصان حتى أصبح عددها في أواخر القرن التاسع عشر بحدود الستين.

يذكر أن الحمامات العاملة داخل سور دمشق القديمة هي حمام نور الدين الشهيد الذي بناه السلطان نور الدين زنكي عام 1170 وحمام الملك الظاهر الذي يعود تاريخ بنائه إلى أيام الملك ظاهر بيبرس في القرن الرابع الهجري وحمام السلسلة وحمام الشيخ رسلان وحمام البكري بينما العاملة خارج السور هي حمامات أمونة والمقدم والتيروزي وفتحي وعز الدين وسامي.

You just opened the old door of this apartment aged over 70 years old (climate change project office) with a very smiley face despite all the previously mentioned to find your colleague in his unemployment phobia hallucinations caused by an early morning call from the boss, telling him that he missed up unintentionally and that it cant be forgiven!!!

After these great steps toward work everyday, you got this feeling, of nothingness and helplessness, cause you are hanging there and you cant change, and you want to change, and you decide in an internal conflict with your soul "let the climate change!!!" what if the climate wants to change, why we have to combat it and fight it , and convince it with our own methods to change back, let it change so people know what consequences comes out of their behaviors, and let the reaction respond to the action. Wasting the life with silly things and waiting the destiny to draw out the red line so we can cross or not to cross over.

Fire your thoughts and tell people around you that you are not blind neither a dumb, and you are capable to do things in the right way and got rewarded for that, tell them that you need to be appreciated, and that if you didn’t do the things on their mistaken way it is still right and it is your right to decide whether to work in here or to leave.

Tell them that you don’t wish to live in the street and make your wife spend all her savings on the necessity of survival, just because you promised her with a baby boy or girl making this summer..

Tell her that you want it to live in poverty, and not to live in a mince dignity.
Draw, dream, and act.. Refuse to be substance to other.. And " Ina allaha yarzoq man yasha'o be ghair hesaab"

The Open Society Institute (OSI) Human Rights Internship is intended to attract recent graduates of Masters and LL.M. programs in the social sciences, law, and humanities to the human rights sector, giving them the opportunity to gain first-hand research experience in the field of human rights, government accountability, or penal reform. Successful candidates receive a locally determined stipend and the opportunity to work in one of the leading human rights and accountability advocacy organizations in Central and Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. The program is designed to benefit both the intern and the host organization. Internships are envisioned to last from 6 to 12 months, depending on the research topic and scope. For the upcoming year, OSI will support up to 10 internships.

Considérée comme une autre dimension qu’on doit ajouter aux trois autres dimensions qui façonnent la vie sur le globe, le Temps constitue depuis le début de la vie une contrainte, un espace restreint , limité qui pèse lourdement et sur l’individu et sur la collectivité , qui l’écrase ,qui l’empêche de vivre tranquillement et ce à cause de repérages, de mesures que l’Homme lui-même a inventé pour tenter d’apprivoiser ce t Temps qui démontre la faiblesse et la vulnérabilité des créatures . Cette notion fondamentale représentée comme un espace infini ,est en réalité l’élément qui forme la vie ,les phases successives du cycle de passage ,et l’action des créatures.

La notion du Temps est compliquée. Si on jette un coup d’œil sur les divisions et les subdivisions des temps en conjugaison ,par exemple , on se rendra compte que cela nécessite bien des efforts pour maitriser les formes verbales , les méthodes de la conjugaison suivant les phrases ,les modes ,les relations entre les divers composants d’un énoncé et la visée du locuteur ,de l’interlocuteur , la nature du canal , de sa forme et la visée de la phrase.

Les ères géologiques qui s’étalent sur des millions d’années démontrent que cette notion est si vaste qu’elle peut engloutir , faire disparaitre le passage des créatures sur terre comme disparait une goutte d’eau dans un océan gigantesque.

Le souci pour beaucoup est de comment retarder , ou éliminer les traces de vieillissement. Les rides sont les effets du temps qui se font apparaitre sur le visage de l’Homme. Les procédés naturels, pharmaceutiques,…. Pour s’en débarrasser sont multiples. L’Homme , lorsqu’il est né ,ou bien lorsqu’il fait son apparition sur cette planète bleue enchantée ,il dispose d’un capitale si précieux ,si cher et qu’il doit bien gérer durant son passage temporaire sur la Terre. Cette bonne gestion lui permettra d’éviter le désordre dans lequel souffrent tant de personnes. Mais il faut comprendre que la jeunesse , la vitalité de l’esprit , du cœur restent jusqu’au bout , mais la beauté des formes se fanent comme se fanent les fleurs . La beauté est une merveilleuse notion . l’Homme se penche vers tout ce qui est beau , mais , il y aune beauté abstraite , qui ne se fait remarquer que par les actes , les paroles et les comportements , qui rendent l’être et son passage sur terre , gravés dans les mémoires , inoubliables. Le Temps donc est le Capitale de tout un chacun. Un bébé , est né ,avec , par exemple , un capitale de 75 ans , 8 mois , 28 jours , 5 heures , 14 secondes ,7 centièmes…. Dés son arrivée, le compte à rebours commence, comme une fusée qui s’apprête à être lancée vers l’espace.

Le chronomètre ne s’arrête pas . Même lorsque l’activité de cet enfant s’arrête ,le chronomètre ,lui ne se tarit pas. Chaque seconde compte, chaque minute, chaque heure a sa propre valeur , incalculable, inestimable et irrécupérable car le temps n’est pas de l’or , mais c’est plus que ce métal jaune brillant qui a fasciné ,et qui fascine les gens , c’est le plus précieux conception dont dispose l’être.

Un jour qui passe sans rien faire est perdu. Une journée perdue à faire des banalités , des turpitudes ou des futilités est une catastrophe qui s’enregistre au chapitre sombre de la vie.

L’organisation du temps pour mieux en profiter est un art que la plupart des gens ne connaissent pas surtout dans les pays en développement ou l’anarchie ,la pagaille remportent la victoire sur une gestion raisonnable de ce bien précieux. Les gens , tentent par tous les moyens de (tuer ) le temps ; les adultes perdent des heures et des heures devant les écrans tv , ou bien dans les cafés à parler d’autrui ou à jouer , les enfants , pour une partie importante , passe les heures les journées dans les rues . Il faut dire qu’il y a ici un avantage ,c’est celui de jouir de la vie sans avoir trop de soucis ,mais en contrepartie on a beaucoup à perdre.

Les vacances sont le moment ou l’on perd le plus de temps. Il est vital de se reposer , de voyager , de se divertir suivant des modes acceptées ; mais par contre il ne faut pas que cela nous empêche de nous instruire , de nous cultiver , de nous épanouir en tant qu’ êtres humains ,penseurs ,qui raisonnent. Si l’on s’intéresse uniquement à satisfaire nos désirs , à nous gaver de plaisir … on sera donc comme les animaux , des bestiaux , qui jouissent de paitre , de se reproduire , de jouer dans une immense prairie , mais qui ne pensent plus à ce qu’ils les attend , à savoir de passer dans la boucherie pour nourrir les hommes. Donc , il faut donner un sens au vacances , à nos vies en l’investissant dans des actes judicieuses, utiles , capables de nous être un honneur .

Chacun de nous sera questionné sur sa vie , qu’est ce qu’il l’en a fait , sur son corps en quoi il fut affaibli , sur son argent d’où il l’ a gagné et ou il l’a dépensé, sur son savoir en quoi il s’en est servi.

Le prophète ,Mohammad , que la paix d’Allah soit sur lui , nous disait de profitez-pour faire de bonnes actes- de notre jeunesse avant la vieillesse , de notre richesse avant la pauvreté , de notre santé avant de tomber malade, de notre oisiveté avant que nous ne soyons occupés ,de notre vie avant la mort. Essayons donc de bénéficier de notre temps. Et que Dieu nous conduit vers le droit chemin.

Des sub-sahariens malheureux

Beaucoup d'immigrés africains sont arrivés au nord du Maroc présentement . Cela m'attriste tant de les voir flaner ,mendier , dormir dehors. Avec leurs figures , ils me font les souffrances qu'ils ont du vivre , traverser ,quitter pour se trouver une meilleure vis en europe. L'espagne est el dorado pour ces jeunes . Hélas que la condition de vie en afrique pousse des miliers d'hommes , de femmes et de mineurs à fuir leurs patries. J'éspére que le Maroc , L'europe et l'Afrique arriveront à trouver des solutions et des politiques concrétes susceptibles d'en finir avec les calamités que vivent ces gens qui doivent mendier ou chercher de petits boulots ,ou métiers peu productifs pour subsister en attendant une occasion qui vien ou non pour se risquer la vie pour arriver en europe , ou mourir sous les coups des vagues de l'Océan , ces vagues qui sont si furieuses à cause des nombreux corps qu'elles ont embrassé.

L'Immigration ne pourra jamais remplacer un vrai développement local en Afrique. Instaurer la démocratie et agir pour que les richeses africaines contribuent à l'amélioration de la vie quotidienne des habitants du continent Africain. Il est triste que nos fréres continuent de souffrir pour réaliser un réve , une illusion qui malheureusement se trouve si loin , ou qui est , dommage encore , n'est pas la.

Recul de la production de stupéfiants dans le monde

UN récent rapport de l'ONU fait état d'un recul net de la production et de la consommation de stupéfiants dans le monde.Les superficies cultivées avec ces substances hallucinogénes se sont diminuées en plusieurs pays. Mais ,l'Ecstasy , qui est une substance trés dangereuse a connu une hausse en production au Canada. Je pensais que la pauvreté ,la marginalisation , l'isolement et l'analphabétisme étaient les vecteurs qui encourageaient de type d'activités illégales, mais les raisons pour une personne ou une région se dirige vers une telle industrie est principalement la recherche d'un gain rapide , facile , sans effort. J'éspére que le canada fournisse d'avantage d'effort pour en finir avec la production d'ecstazy qui menace non seulement la jeunesse canadienne ,mais la jeunesse partout , car les frontiéres n'éxistent que sur les cartes. Maintenat , on est conscient que des résultats concrets sont réalisés en matiére de lutte conre ce fléau qui brise la vie de millions de gens et de familles.

Since our boss in a long term vacation, I decided to work on the pending issues, starting from the consultants terms of references and contracts, to the interviews and minutes of meeting, and preparation of the workshops and turning to technical issues that I am not even a specialized with, and so ..

And at the fifth day of the week and after loads of pending papers and works that have been done, I got an email , with simple words thanking me for the initiative and asking the boss to take over his own responsibilities as a director.

Well, I was not impressed by the way with these hallow words of appreciation, but I was more interested in the fact that after 2 years of project implementation period, some one notice that he done nothing, and he knows nothing, and that out of sudden someone decided to ask him to take over his responsibility and fulfill his tasks and informing me officially that I am not obliged to do so.

Throughout these few years, I congratulated myself for experience I got and things I learned despite the stress and the fatigue that I had to deal with every single day, not mentioning the tears of the heart when you scream of hatred for his stupidity and ignorance deep inside and no one there to listen.

I was thinking right now, if I have to be happy right now, or as it should be in this empty building filled with spirit of past employees and prisoners of silence to remain numb and listen to their whispers from the unknown??

“Enabling activities for preparation of Syria’s initial national communication to UNFCCC”

This project is implementing by UNDP Syria CO, and the state ministry for environmental affairs, the project is seeking a young talented documentary movie maker to produce a movie on Climate change in Syria, and the environmental risks in this region.

The Candidate should have:

- University degree in Media or any related studies

-Strong communication skills

- Strong environmental background, and aware of UNDP rules and regulation, previous experience in UN agencies is preferable

-Handles the work pressure and finalizes the movie within the specific period as per the TOR

-Relevant experience in the same issue is an asset

عثرت الشرطة الفلسطينية على فتاة عمرها 32عاماً موضوعة في قبو تحت منزل ذويها منذ 20عاماً والسبب في ذلك لإصابتها بعدد من الإعاقات .

وأفادت وكالة الأنباء الفلسطينية أنه "عثرت شرطة محافظة الخليل، على فتاه تعيش في ظروف بيئية سيئة لا تليق بكرامة إنسان، في منزل يقع بإحدى بلدات شمال شرق المدينة".

وأضافت الوكالة أن "الفتاة التي عثر عليها، الثلاثاء، لا ترى ولا تسمع ولا تتكلم، ومصابة بإعاقة حركية".

وقال مدير شرطة الخليل، العقيد رمضان عوض، إنه تم العثور على الفتاة "أثناء تفتيش شرطة السياحة والآثار لإحدى منازل بلدة تقع شمال شرق الخليل، في مكان يشبه القبو".

وتابع عوض إنه "لا يوجد له (القبو) أي تهوية سوى الباب الرئيسي، وتنبعث منه رائحة كريهة، وغير لائق صحياً، ويقع تحت منزل عائلتها، وتعيش الفتاة فيه على لوح خشبي منذ أكثر من عشرين عاما".

وأضاف عوض أن هذه الظروف التي تعيش فيها الفتاة "غير مقبولة في عاداتنا وتقاليدنا وديننا الإسلامي، الذي حث على كرامة الإنسان واحترامه، وتوفير كل السبل من أجل العيش الكريم".

وقال مدير العلاقات العامة والإعلام في شرطة الخليل الرائد أحمد عطاونة إنه "تم نقل الفتاه إلى مستشفى الخليل الحكومي، بواسطة إسعاف الهلال الأحمر، وخضعت إلى فحص طبي، وقدم لها العلاج اللازم".

ويشار إلى أن لم يعرف حتى الآن إذا ما كانت الأجهزة الأمنية ستتخذ إجراءات ضد عائلة الفتاة، لكنها الوكالة قالت "إن السلطات أرسلت مرشدا اجتماعيا لمتابعة الحالة التي أحيلت إلى جمعية الإحسان الخيرية، لتأمين ظروف بيئية مناسبة والرعاية الكاملة".
